Sheldon Ferguson is a multi-platinum guitarist and producer who is originally from Columbia, South Carolina.  He earned his Bachelors in Professional Music with emphasis in Performance and Production at Berklee College of Music.  Sheldon entered the music industry as an artist, releasing three solo jazz albums, The Brighter Side, Soul Searching, and Love Languages; the first of which Sheldon released at the age of seventeen.  Sheldon’s music has received radio airplay in over 90 countries and his single “Soul Searching” made it to #7 on the Smooth Jazz Global Chart. Sheldon relocated to Atlanta after college where he quickly made a name for himself as an artist and as producer.

            Sheldon created a new avenue for guitar focused production when he co-produced the now double platinum, Billboard Hot 100 hit, “Yosemite”, in 2018, as well as the acoustic driven ballad "Don't Check On Me".  Sheldon's production was credited for bringing guitar back into hip-hop as described in the Rolling Stone article, Hip-Hop Had a Surprising Secret Weapon in 2018: Acoustic Guitar.  Continuing to use his guitar as a creative tool, Sheldon went on to produce music for music the industry's top artists including Justin Bieber, Chris Brown, Lil Baby, Lil Wayne, Juice WRLD, Diplo, and many more.  Sheldon's catalog spans across genres, with published works ranging from Pop to K-Pop, Folk, Country, EDM, Afro-Beat, R&B and gospel. 

           In the TV and Film industry, Sheldon has worked as a composer, guitar coach, session musician and actor for productions such as MGM’s Respect, OWN Network's Cherish the Day, ABC’s Queens, Genius: Aretha Franklin, The Wonder Years, Netflix's Cross and A Man in Full, as well as Greenleaf Seasons 1 & 2.
